It’s the coldest day of the year–what better time to contemplate the Baseball Hall of Fame 2022 inductees?
I’m at Rick’s Cabaret New York, the famous gentlemen’s club known for its gorgeous exotic dancers and being a great place to unwind, relax, and enjoy.
The club has long been a favorite with sports fans who watch the girls disrobe, and also watch sporting events on all the TVs. There is always a lot to see. Ha!
Baseball will announce the new HOF entrants on January 25th, and I thought to ask some of the girls who they think would make it in.
Kelly said she was tired of rooting for the Jets and was happy to talk baseball. “I think David Ortiz and Curt Schilling will get in. That might be it. Talk to my friend Fiona–she really loves baseball.”
I asked Fiona for her picks. “If I had a vote I would choose Roger Clemens, Gary Sheffield, Andruw Jones, and David Ortiz.”

Rick’s Cabaret girl Monica came over after receiving loud applause on the main stage. She gave me her selections: Bary Bonds, David Ortiz, Bobby Abreu, and Johan Santana. I had to ask her about her thought process, and she was quick to oblige. “Well, Bonds took PEDS–so what? It was to improve his performance, and that was ultimately good for his team and their fans. Ortiz and Abreu are just amazing players and belong in the Hall. And, Santana gave me thrills when he was a NY Met–he made me an even bigger baseball fan.”

Rick’s Cabaret NYC is located across the street from the Empire State Building and just one block from Madison Square Garden. The club’s main cabaret is on the first floor, its upscale Rick’s Steakhouse and balcony seating are on the second floor, and private VIP deluxe suites are on the third floor.
Thanks, girls. We had a great time at Rick’s and will be back soon.
